Ordering & pricing

How much does a shed cost?

Depends on style, size, and build tier. Classic Metal Barns start at $4,895 for a 10x16. Signature buildings start at $5,895 for a 10x16. The 3D Shed Designer shows real-time pricing as you configure, or browse in-stock inventory for exact prices on ready-to-deliver sheds.

What's the difference between Classic and Signature sheds?

Classic is the value line: 3/8" LP SmartSide panels, framing at 24" and 48" on center. Available in Barn and Gable styles. Metal option uses 29-gauge steel. Starting at $79 down.
‍
‍Signature is the premium line: 2x4 framing at 16" on center, Tech Shield radiant barrier sheathing, soffited roof overhangs, felt underlayment. Six styles available in wood, urethane, or metal.

Classic for straightforward storage. Signature if you want something built closer to residential standards.

Do you price match?

Yes. Find a better price on a comparable shed from a competitor and we'll match it.

Where are your sheds built?

Every shed is built at our shop in Hindsville, Arkansas. Locally-owned, serving the Fayetteville area and Northwest Arkansas for over 20 years.

Can You Add a Custom Option to My Shed?

Absolutely. Since many of our sheds are made to order, we are able to work with you to ensure that your shed has all the features and options you want. Whether your custom needs are as simple as extra windows, shelves, or workbenches or whether it’s as complicated as a unique building design, electrical work, or interior walls – we’re here to serve you. Build Quality & Materials

What is the wall stud spacing on Signature buildings?

16" on center with 2x4 wall and roof framing. Same spacing as residential home construction. Combined with Tech Shield radiant barrier sheathing (standard on all Signature buildings), this creates a structure closer to a small building than a typical shed.

What type of flooring do your sheds use?

5/8" LP ProStruct Flooring with SmartFinish standard. 3/4" upgrade available for heavier use like workshops or equipment storage.

What is the floor joist spacing?

24" on center standard. 16" upgrade available β€” recommended for heavy equipment, garage door setups, or workshop use.

Are your sheds vented?

Yes. Ridge vent is standard on all buildings β€” continuous passive ventilation along the roof peak. Reduces heat buildup and prevents moisture/condensation inside the shed.

Which is better β€” wood siding or metal?

Metal wins on longevity and low maintenance. 29-gauge steel with a 40-year paint warranty. Wood LP SmartSide gives you a more traditional look with more color options. Backed by a 5/50 Year Limited Warranty. Available in painted or urethane finishes. Metal if you want zero maintenance. Wood if aesthetics matter more.

What warranty do you have on your sheds?

‍LP SmartSide: 5/50 Year Limited Warranty.
‍Metal paint: 40-year warranty.

Customization & Options

Do you offer a shingled roof?

Yes, on all Signature buildings. Felt underlayment is standard beneath the roofing material on every Signature build.

Can I match the shed shingles to my house?

Generally yes, if it's a common shingle. Let us know the brand, color, and style when you order and we'll match as closely as possible.

What is the standard door height?

72" (6'0"). Standard across all models.

Do you offer insulation?

Yes. Ceiling and floor: spray foam only. Walls: spray foam or batt insulation. Makes the shed usable year-round for offices, workshops, and hobby rooms.

Delivery & Site Prep

Do You Deliver the Shed to Me?

Yes, we provide free delivery throughout most of Northwest Arkansas with your shed purchase. If your location extends outside our free delivery range we may charge by the mile. As part of the sale process we will make sure you understand any additional fees that may be incurred.

How Wide An Opening Do I Need to Get My Shed Into My Backyard?

Our Shed Mule that we use for placing your shed allows us to fit your shed through very tight areas. We generally ask for openings with at least 1 foot of extra space on both sides of the shed. When planning for delivery be sure to look at overhead obstacles also. Overhead lines and branches should have a 3 foot clearance from the peak of the shed.

Can You Build My Shed On-Site?

Yes, if your shed location does not allow for delivering a prebuilt shed, we are able to prepare your shed materials and bring them to your site to construct the building there. We do charge extra for on-site builds. Contact us through our quote form for an on-site request.

Do I Need A Foundation For My Shed?

We can place a shed on either a prepared gravel or concrete foundation or on concrete blocks directly on the ground. If you choose to not use a foundation, we will place the shed on concrete blocks and level it with the blocks. Feel free to ask about your foundation questions during the sales process. We are able to do shed pad prep work if you desire.

What About City Permits and HOA Requirements for My Shed?

We’re happy to make sure your shed is built to your HOA, POA, or City requirements. However, it is your responsibility to find out what the requirements are for your specific location and bring those to us. You are solely responsible for pulling the necessary building permits, ensuring your shed meets HOA or POA requirements, and making sure your shed placement is aligned with local laws.

How high off the ground is the shed floor?

10.5 inches. Allows air circulation underneath and keeps the floor away from ground moisture. Plan for a step or ramp at the entrance.

Can you move an existing shed?

Yes. Over 15 years of experience with professional shed mule equipment. Contact us with shed size, current location, and destination for a quote.

Rent-to-Own

How does rent-to-own work?

No credit check, no large down payment. Your first monthly payment serves as your down payment. Pick a 36, 48, 60, or 72-month term. Shed gets delivered and placed the same as a cash purchase. You own it at the end of the term.

Do I need a credit check for rent-to-own?

No. No credit check at all. Down payments start at $79 for 8' wide, $89 for 10' wide, $99 for 12' wide.

What are the rent-to-own payment terms?

36, 48, 60, or 72 months. Shorter term = higher payment but lower total cost. Your first monthly payment is your down payment β€” no additional upfront cost.
